Shipping
At BAEO Company, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.

All orders carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days. In-stock items that are shipped via Fedex Priority Mail arrive at your door in 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges
At BAEO Company, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied and happy with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.BAEO Company will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 90 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return.

Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non refundable.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package and mail it to the address on the packing slip. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase.
